If your order exceeds the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer care team promptly. It’s important to notify us once the delivery window has passed so we can follow up with the carriers regarding your parcel. If we are not informed and more than 30 days have passed since your order date, we will be unable to investigate the issue or offer a refund.
